What this site collects

When you join the waitlist or request the Series Continuity Self-Audit, we collect what you give us in the form: your email address, optionally your first name, and your answers to a few questions about your writing (series status, books published, genre, publishing platform, and your biggest series challenge). We also record standard attribution: which page you signed up on, the referring page, and campaign tags (UTM parameters) if you arrived from a link that carried them.

Where it goes and why

• Kit (kit.com, formerly ConvertKit) — our email platform. Your signup is stored there so we can send you the download you requested, a welcome note, and waitlist updates. No spam, and we never sell or share the list.
• We do not sell or share the list. No spam. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Your manuscripts

This website does not collect manuscripts. When the product processes a manuscript, it stays yours: analysis runs on Claude, by Anthropic, only to produce your report; files are stored under your account; and they are never used to train AI models. Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. Product analytics are off until you turn them on. We use two measurement tools: Google Analytics, which counts page views, and Vercel Speed Insights, which records how quickly pages load. Neither one is in the page until you choose Allow analytics on the banner, so before that no request goes to Google Analytics and no page-load timings are collected. Choose Decline and both stay off. Your choice is stored in this browser so you are only asked once.

Two things sit outside that choice, because they are not analytics. Every page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which is a request to a Google server that carries no analytics identifier and sets no cookie. And a Learn Hub article with a video loads that video's thumbnail image from YouTube; the player itself is not loaded, and no YouTube cookie is set, unless you click play.
