What this site collects

When you join the waitlist or request the Series Continuity Self-Audit, we collect what you give us in the form: your email address, optionally your first name, and your answers to a few questions about your writing (series status, books published, genre, publishing platform, and your biggest series challenge). We also record standard attribution: which page you signed up on, the referring page, and campaign tags (UTM parameters) if you arrived from a link that carried them.

Where it goes and why

• Kit (kit.com, formerly ConvertKit) — our email platform. Your signup is stored there so we can send you the download you requested, a welcome note, and waitlist updates. No spam, and we never sell or share the list.
• We do not sell or share the list. No spam. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Your manuscripts

This website does not collect manuscripts. When the product processes a manuscript, it stays yours: it is processed only to run your analysis, stored under your account, and it is not used to train AI models. The full product policy accompanies your invite.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. If we enable privacy-respecting product analytics, this page will be updated to say exactly what is measured.

Removal and questions

Want your data deleted, exported, or just have a question? Email hello@storyhelm.com and it will be handled directly — this is a founder-run company and that inbox is read by the founder.
